The last shot of this fine bird alive ,10 seconds later a Sparrowhawk crashed in and took it ,to ground then flew off a few seconds later with it ,after it had killed it .

This bird will have to get a move on if it wants to get to Greenland to breed this year. The Adult I found earlier in the winter still present today. This has been present in Warrington more or less town centre for most of the winter.

Nice to catch up with this rare Scottish rung Leucistic Sandwich Tern. A stunning little bird. Some more information on the Leucistic Sandwich Tern, it is a juvenile that was ringed this year at Sands of Forvie NNR on the Ythan Estuary in NE Scotland 19.06.17 .
